The chatbot used on the Site is a computer program designed to simulate a conversation through messages. It uses artificial intelligence algorithms to understand and respond to users’ questions, providing instant and interactive assistance.

Data collected on the Site is retained by BRASSART for a period of 2 (two) years from the last contact with the User.
At the end of this period, BRASSART may contact the User to ask whether they wish to continue receiving commercial communications.
